Return & Refund Policy
At Rangrays, we’re committed to giving you a seamless shopping experience. While we hope you love every shade you pick, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Order Cancellation

Full Cancellation:
You can request to cancel your order by emailing us at rangraysonline@gmail.com before the product has been dispatched. -
Shipped Orders:
Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
Note: We currently do not support partial cancellations.
Returns

Our return window lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or order ID is required to process returns.

Items purchased under Sale/Discounted collections are not eligible for return or refund.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 48 hrs. We’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

A ₹150 carrier fee will be deducted from the refund amount as logistics charges.
(Example: For a ₹1000 purchase, the amount issued will be ₹850.)
Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged.

To initiate an exchange, email us at rangraysonline@gmail.com with images of the product. Once approved, an exchange will be processed.

A ₹150 carrier fee applies for exchanges.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund amount within the mentioned time:

Double-check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders).

Important Notes

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
