Refund policy

At Rangrays, we’re committed to giving you a seamless shopping experience. While we hope you love every shade you pick, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:


Order Cancellation

  • Full Cancellation:
    You can request to cancel your order by emailing us at rangraysonline@gmail.com before the product has been dispatched.

  • Shipped Orders:
    Once your order has been dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.

Note: We currently do not support partial cancellations.


Returns

  • Our return window lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order ID is required to process returns.

  • Items purchased under Sale/Discounted collections are not eligible for return or refund.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • A ₹150 carrier fee will be deducted from the refund amount as logistics charges.
    (Example: For a ₹1000 purchase, the amount issued will be ₹850.)


Exchanges

  • We only exchange items that are defective or damaged.

  • To initiate an exchange, email us at rangraysonline@gmail.com with images of the product. Once approved, an exchange will be processed.

  • A ₹150 carrier fee applies for exchanges.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund amount within the mentioned time:

  1. Double-check your email inbox (including spam/junk folders).

  2. If it’s still missing, contact us at rangraysonline@gmail.com.


Important Notes

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.

  • We do not accept returns for partially used, damaged, or altered products.
